I ensure that all our teams meet their goals by starting with the planning of each week's workload and connecting everyone's efforts to the big picture. I studied at NIT Trichy and spent four years at L&T before joining here. My job involves keeping things on track and ensuring that everyone is working towards the same goals. I use the skills I've gained to make our operations smooth and effective.
